I was so thrilled to meet such a beautiful lady! The Pop Up salon experience was wonderful!!! I enjoyed the fellowship and gained so much knowledge. Definitely go and grab the Wash-and-Go Mini Course… it will change your curl life😊

All I can say is what an experience! LaShanda is so knowledgeable about hair care and the process to achieve the best look for your hair! I enjoyed my time in her chair as she's so down to earth and welcoming! Can't wait to book my next appointment!

I got a wash-n-go with Ms. Shan and my hair looks fabulous! My curls are popping all over the place! I love her products! You can't go wrong with Pur Bella!!!!

I have to say this was the first product my daughter and I could share. I used it religiously. I would order and then immediately re-up. Notice I said used. I paid for 2 Donna bundles. Only received 1 and when I tried repeatedly to resolve the matter, I was told the product that I paid for would be shipped on 04/17/24. It’s a month later and no one will respond to my request for either a refund or the product. I’m extremely disappointed and I can’t in good faith promote this product anymore. Ya know...I've not tried the product yet. I have tried to place the order twice: once via Amazon and now directly from the site, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! *SigH* I have sent emails and I have clled. The money has cleared my account and it was not cheap!! I have yet to hear back from Customer Service! THAT is my beef! Noone has contacted me... via email or NAH1 Very disappointing!
