Alayna curates a safe space to explore inner growth and healing. It can sometimes be hard to find well rounded therapists these days, but Alayna has really cultivated her self in a way that provides a beautiful reflection of compassion and non judgement. Her back ground and training in yoga also offers clients an opportunity to explore somatically while giving tools to improve their nervous system in the moment.
