The Self-care boss experience was amazing. The kindness and care used during (before and after as well) is amazing. I was having trouble with my knee and she was able to find that it was actually my foot that was causing trouble to my knee. I felt very relaxed in her care and felt lots of tension released during the massage. If you have not taking the time to add her to your routine- you should! Thank you, Elmira!
