For the past few months I have faxed, emailed ( multiple addresses ), and called multiple times to document payment information and update information. I'm trying to pay them. Typically I'm hung up on. Randomly i get though. In 3 months they have not responded by phone, fax, nor email despite attempts numerous attempts. This smells like fraud. Collecting fees by refusing payments.
You can't ever speak to a live person. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
I am 100% disabled American veteran. Nearly 2 years ago my home was struck by a drunk driver. My insurance company has paid, but selene is holding my $54,000. My doors do not lock and function from this incident amd now i sleep with a loaded pistol again. Selene Finance has exacerbated my trauma and I am aiming for a law suit to expose this criminal lender. 1.2 🌟 reviews indicates fraudulent behaviors.
Horrible company I paid my loan off after 1yr and 10mths of having a mortgage. I paid the loan April 16 and this company to me through hell to pay off my loan and made the experience a nightmare. They actually tried to stall me out so I could inquire more fees and then I had to sit in the phone with a supervisor while in navy federal doing the wire transfer just to made sure that they noted it in the system so I wouldn’t get any more interest charges and this went in for 2 days. I would strongly caution anyone considering this mortgage company. My experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning. The company appears to have significant issues with escrow management. My escrow account was repeatedly miscalculated, resulting in inaccurate payment amounts and unnecessary confusion. As a borrower, I expect my mortgage servicer to properly account for taxes and insurance, but that did not happen here.
