This company has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. We have tried repeatedly to make payments, but they constantly refuse to accept them—changing the types of payments they’ll take, and then turning around and claiming we aren’t paying. When we call, we get transferred around or put on hold endlessly, with no real help or solutions. Scam artists ! Give you a loan forbearance during the hardest times of your life and then won't respond and deny your modification saying you didn't send in your paperwork when you havd proof you did Good honest people losing everything because of these theirs Act like they are helping and then put you in foreclosure with such huge fees you can't recover I will see them in court
Literally have had problems since day one. I call and ask for payments to be scheduled for specific days so they will hit my bank on specific days and they give me a confirmation number but they don't schedule the payment properly and things don't come out for days. When they took over I gave my insurance company all of their information and they couldn't get in contact with them. It was a back and forth thing for about 2months between them and my insurance company. I'm so over this company.
Had the house sold but they wouldn't give a clear title and turned around and sold it in will get a lawyer and sue the hell out of you.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to make a payment for 2 weeks and I cant get through online and no one answers the email or phone system. This company should not be servicing loans.
