Update, So a year later now June of 2025 they let my Insurance lapse again that is escrowed I had to pay, and never paid my taxes! Unfriendly, Absolutely the most incompetent overcharging scammers for a home loan company I have seen, Now I'm calling them for the 3rd time tomorrow telling them I have insurance and giving them the same information, I'm getting so deeply depressed 😔 And that's just one thing...

I have been dealing with Selene Finance LP since early 2025 after my mortgage loan was transferred to them, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and stressful. From the very beginning, I was left without online account access or accurate information about my loan balance, which made it impossible to verify payments or manage my account properly. They miss payments. They affect your credit and charge late fees for payments they themselves miss. It's the worst option for credit. If you want to complicate your life, work with them. Today is June 4, 2025. The incompetent people at Selene Finance still haven't found my payment that I made on March 3, 2025. I'm at Wells Fargo once again, where they confirm that the payment was made correctly. I have the reference number, and everything is fine with my bank.
