If I could give negative stars I would. My mortgage company sold my mortgage to this place. I have had the worst experience of my life. The have fees they just conveniently add to your mortgage but can’t say why. They try to put late fees on everything. Their website is difficult to use. I filled out the paperwork I got for biweekly payments and shocker no one received it. This has literally been the worst mortgage company I have ever had to deal with. Selene Finance is beyond disappointing! Over the past several months, I have encountered one issue after another with this company. They’ve mishandled my account multiple times, reversing payments without explanation and misapplying funds to other accounts. Despite making on-time payments, my balance continues to rise with unexplained deferred amounts, and no one at Selene seems willing or able to clarify why. This corporation is a joke they do not honor their word. I was given an email address to send in a reply to move my payment date to the middle of the month, I did that and when they called me back they would not honor their word also I have asked them to forbear My loan for over 2 years which they will not do either they want you to fill out a huge package of information that refers to hardships when you're not actually have a hardship other than just you got behind because of the economy etc, this is the worst bank I have e... read more
