I own over 17 properties, of which 16 have mortgages. To make a long story short, I’m hardly an unsophisticated borrower. I had a mortgage which was originally with Chase Bank, and was transferred to Selene. The loan was due each month on the 16th, and for over a decade had been paid promptly on the 4th or 5th of the month. Upon the loan being transferred to Selene, I received a Delinquency Notice saying my loan was behind, with a copy of the monthly statement. The worst company out there to service your loan. No customer service at all...many mistakes, they will take payments and tell you that you need to pay....run away. Their system is always down!!
