I pay my back pay and should have been caught up but they’re trying to tell me that I am 5 months behind. Their customers are incompetent and can’t add or do simple math
This company purchased my mortgage loan, I have 3 years more to pay… I’ve sent in my money, for them to process them and return the payment twice. Stating I was in foreclosure… I could not get any answers until I got 3 days before they decide to honor my payments and came up with something called refinance… I never agreed to a refi… and why now? Tried to foreclosure on my family home like two days after my mom died then only put 4k of 40k payment from government toward principle and put 12k alone toward one year of late fees based on an accelerated rate they weren’t allowed to enforce in my situation. These people need to be in jail. This is one of the reasons my mom had a heart attack so early and now they are attempting to do the same to me when this house has been in my family since it was built in the 40s lol. If I could give zero stars I would . Awful company
If I could give negative stars I would. Their customer service is the absolute worst. Selene only cares about charging as many late fees as possible and constantly sends people to your house for an "occupancy check" even when we're up to date on our mortgage. Our mortgage was sold to Selene in 2023 and it's been a terrible experience ever since.
