Worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to make a payment for 2 weeks and I cant get through online and no one answers the email or phone system. This company should not be servicing loans.
What an absolute joke of a company. They are intentionally trying to cause people to default on loans. They will only accept bill pay or MoneyGram and I now have a late payment because they changed their bill pay payee address without any notification of any kind. So my payment was rejected and now I have to wait 2 weeks for mortgage payment to be refunded to my account. Then I need to change the address and resend it with a late fee. What a bunch of crooks.
Don’t do business with this company! I’ve never had any issues with my mortgage until they purchased the loan. Terrible!

Impossible to get in touch with a person to fix problems. They do same lie every business does now where they claim there are longer than usual wait times. I requested a callback twice and never received one, and sat on hold for hours.
