es un pesimo servicio asta tu rembolso del 2019 no lo an entregado solo no saven donde esta tu cheque es una lastima deverdad
Deberían cambiar a todos los que trabajan ahí. El peor servicio ofrecido de paqueteria y taxes. Sobre todo el señor Mayor. Si lees esto. estás trabajando, no haciendo favores. Si no le gusta su trabajo consigue otro
Espero algun dia pongan alguna línea telefónica que sirva. Siempre que se necesita comunicar con ustedes. Nunca hay respuesta. Ponen a disposición un correo electrónico que no responden. He realizado el dia de hoy 10 llamadas aproximadamente. He enviado un correo electrónico y no he obtenido respuesta por ningún lugar.
Tengo desde que inició la pandemia intentado comunicarme con ellos y no contestan el teléfono o lo levantan y cuelgan !!

It's been almost 4 months since the border with Mexico close for Mexican citizens, I've been trying to contact Selecto services for the last month but the line doesn't even ring, it just sends you directly to a voice mail and they don't answer messages on social media, I'm beginning to think that they broke and my orders are lost.
En tiempos de pandemia, tienen poco personal y horarios cortos, se entiende que es debido a la situación, pero es muy tardado el servicio de paquetería, poco funcional debido a la gran demanda ...las filas son interminables, por favor atiendan la petición de una usuaria.

RecommendedI only use the mail service, and they are a God sent! close to borders easy to get my deliveries! people are friendly and helpful! (Don't use tax services because I'm retired and don't do taxes anymore!)
