I was looking to tile my backsplash and had been to five tile stores where the designer listened to what I wanted and then steered me to their vision for my kitchen. When I met Bryan, he listened, made suggestions and helped me create what I wanted for my contemporary kitchen. Patiently, he searched on line and ordered samples if they were not in store. Very nice products, but beware of this company's sneaky "bait-and-switch" tactics. We liked the bathroom shower tiles (slightly overpriced, but not too badly), and asked what it would cost to have them installed and when the job could be done. They gave me a price for installation, but said that they could not schedule the job until the tiles arrived (in a couple of weeks). With repeated assurances that they would do the installation (with date uncertain), I ordered the tiles and paid in full for the materials. After I was i... read more

I used to do carpentry for 11 years, and my father has been doing it for well over 40 so going into this I was nervous to have someone else do work for me.
