I got my nails done here every 3 weeks but this week the shellac came off - I have come in 3 times to have it repaired & they don’t have time - on 2 occasions there were staff available. Not repairing nails that haven’t been done properly is in excusable.
I am a regular at this salon as I live locally. Today I had Vicky for the first time who I chose based on 5 star ratings and being senior. (I usually see Thao or Cassy who do a great job) I left extremely disappointed. She was abrupt.. rough.. and dismissive of my requests. I showed her a photo of what I wanted but she appeared disinterested and when she did the first hand of filing and asked if I was happy I referred her back to the photo.. wow talk about attitude.. I highly recommend this nail salon! Thao did my nails today with patience and care, all Of the girls go above and beyond with there professional work. Lucy and Naomi both helped assist and were absolutely lovely. Love my nails and how the girls treated me. This is the salon to visit in my opinion.
