They don’t care about other people they just care about getting money and then leaving you high and dry when there supposed to be helping you if you have a workers comp claim from a work related injury good luck because they won’t help you
Selective is not reputable and will take your money and claim they can't help you when you need them the most. My shower pipe was leaking behind my wall and and ruined my bathroom floor under my tub And of course they denied my claim. After 8 yrs and $ 20,000 they will not help and was told their decision is final. My Ins. Agent never called to discuss the situation and was not a help at all with anything I've needed. Garbage -- and a scam. Awful service. Do not use. Buy state farm
After reading other reviews I guess I shouldn't be surprised that their claims adjuster is ignoring me. It took an hourly call and email before I finally got a call back two days ago (after 4 emails and calls) and now when they say they have accepted liability and I want to proceed with the collision repair shop they suggested, I can't get a response AGAIN.
