Through no fault of Chad and Dad, what started out as a small, simple, and quick job became larger and more difficult very quickly. An unexpected encounter with a sustantial amount of old termite damage changed what we needed to do. Chad and Walt adjusted their schedule to accommodate our needs. When they finished on time and on budget the WOW factor was off the chart. They were at all times professional, courteous, and timely. They have done work for me in the past and I continue to use them because I trust them.
