I think selective hearing is a very professional, thorough and respectful service. I have been going to them for several years and they have always been wonderful.
What an absolutely lovely business! Jen was so friendly and kind and explained everything in crystal clear terminology, as I’d never had a hearing test before. It was so interesting receiving the results on the spot and going through each of the tests together so I could ask clarifying questions. The offices are calm and welcoming, and both Jen and Susan were incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely caring. I left feeling informed, reassured, and very well looked after.
