I would rate my appointment with Jenny from Selective Hearing as excellent. Having just moved from Townsville to Brisbane, it was very important to have a caring and very professional person in Jenny to care for my hearing concerns. Mike Reynolds.
Very impressed with Selective Hearing’s comprehensive testing for hearing loss. Jenny was explaining clearly as we went along with various tests as to what was happening and what to expect. She discussed the results thoroughly and offered different opinions without any pressure to buy, nor did she favour any one brand. I had previously had hearing tests and hearing aids from another multi national company and there is no comparison to level of attention and testing I’ve experienced at Selective Hearing. Highly recommend.
First experience of an audiology clinic and this was excellent. Jen was incredibly patient and caring. She genuinely wanted to understand and help, explained everything in a sensitive and caring way, and was most generous with her time and attention. I am very happy to recommend Selective Hearing.
