I took my 91-year-old grandfather to see Susan and she was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to help him with hearing aids he had purchased elsewhere and really took the time to understand his hearing and find the best solution for him. You could genuinely see how much she cared. Clair in the office was also fantastic, organising everything and making the whole experience so easy for us. We are extremely grateful to both Susan and Clair. Amazing service and genuine care — highly recommend!
Just had my annual hearing review at Selective Hearing. It went well and my Hearing Aids are helping my hearing a lot.
Selective Hearing has great Audiologists who provide excellent service. Any issue is expertly sorted with patience and kindness. So grateful for these lovely very professional ladies.
