I'm writing this review because what happened to my daughter should not happen to anyone at a professional salon. After her color appointment, the dye began running out of her hair and staining her clothes. This indicates improper formulation or rinsing, and it caused damage beyond just a bad hair job. We expected accountability and quality service from Sharon, but neither was provided. Until this salon improves its standards, I cannot recommend it.
