Based off how the girl “working” (on her phone) the front desk, cut me off and told me to go upstairs and find a salesman, only to walk up there and not see anyone… (I was not about to start knocking on random doors.). I was not going to beg these people to sale me a car. I just left. Also look at the owners replies. Either everyone leaving a bad review is lying or they have the wrong business. I would steer clear of this place.
On June 11, 2025, I visited Selective Automotive in Pelham, AL, and put down a $1000 deposit toward a vehicle I was interested in. The salesman I dealt with was Terrell Jones. I eventually changed my mind and decided not to go through with the purchase. I contacted the dealership to let them know I had changed my mind and requested a refund of my deposit.
