First of all , the store front is CLOSED. Move on to a different blind repair company! THE owner answered the phone and then gave me a guy's name he recommended for blind repair. Which would have been helpful IF the reference had followed through. He stopped communicating when I asked for his fee. Im not about to give my address to a complete stranger and invite them into my home. Poor buisness practices. Alex is the man's name.
Had a blind pull repaired elsewhere a year or so ago and it broke again. Called Mike at Selections to buy a new one. Once he saw the blind, he told me, "I can fix that." In about 20 minutes, he not only fixed the pull but removed some weights in the bottom that were making it harder to maneuver. This guy is amazing! Highly recommend Selections.
I tried to contact them several times but no response back. Must be doing a great business if they can't return phone calls.
Mike was quick to respond and come to our house so we could pick out what we liked. He gave us a written quote with lead time while he was there. He was very knowledgeable about the product and if there was a question he couldn’t answer, he quickly phoned an expert so we had our answer. He even made a second trip out so that we could be sure of our decision. Shades were delivered and installed as promised. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks, Mike!
