Both people were VERY friendly and helpful. Was told on Tuesday that my phone repair would be done on Wednesday or Thursday and it was done on Wednesday. So they’re really good and really quick with service. And a very reasonable price, if I would’ve went to my regular provider it would’ve been about $100 more than what I paid.

Quick to fix my phone issue. Good communication with front desk employee. Fair pricing, will use them again for future repairs.

I have been with Selectel Wireless for years and I have had little to no issues. Today, however, Selectel Wireless from Crete called me multiple times within a short period of time. When I called back, I was greeted by a female employee with a snooty attitude. I explained I had a missed call from her but she decided to hang up because I didnt know the reason for her calling.
