Went to the Marianna store and met with Jonna for my phone repair. She was able to get it fixed quickly and with little to no hassle on my part which was the best part. Also, I purchased a new phone from the front desk lady, Becky, for my sister. Excellent customer service. I know if I need a phone repair (screen or battery or whatever pops up that I can't fix) I can go to this store.
Very professional and attentive and very nice people. They will take the time needed to explain everything to you that you will understand it. I would recommend any and everyone to come to them in Marianna Florida. I'm very SATISFIED from 1-5 I'm giving them a 10
They fixed my phone within 2 hours and even gave me a screen protector they’re very sweet people and gave me a good price unlike some other store I tried before them would bring any device in for them. Great ppl
Great customer service. I broke my phone, called Selectel Wireless to see if they can fix my phone. It was 4:50pm Joann said if I come now she will fix it now. I got there at 5pm and she said and fixed it! I’ll recommend them to anyone! Thank you
