Cellphones can be nothing but headaches if you're not a hightech person (thats me) so When I couldn't figure out how to do something on my Samsung, they took the time sit down show me exactly what i needed . thank God I have Jerry and Gabby they rly go the extra mile to earn yr business. Great store great staff:)
Jerry was very helpful and nice, answering the questions we had. We had a lot of problems, and in about two hours he had everything straightened out! There was a misunderstanding about WiFi calling, because we thought that was an option. Unfortunately it is not. Regardless, everything else has been working fine. Definitely check out Selectel Wireless in Columbus!!
