I received great services today. Brought a friend to pay his bills and loved the services Kesha gave and how she explained how switching from T-mobile would benefit me. I am now with Selectel Wireless.
My first impression is 5 star Due to an unforseen home repair I had to cancel my appointment for a screen repair last minute. I spoke to Keisha and she was beyond gracious and took the time to verify my info and phone so that when I reschedule the parts I need will be at the store to expidite the repair time. Based on this interaction I am confident that I will be pleased with their services since I have already received amazing customer service before even stepping foot inside the store. Thank you Keisha

This place is affordable compared to others in the area for screen repair. Originally, I had a good experience. They were accommodating. However, if your phone starts acting up, go back in immediately. I made the mistake of brushing it off, thinking it would "go back to normal." It did not. I just dealt with the screen being wonky and going out in certain areas.
