Came in to replace my screen on a s25 ultra and now my screen display is smaller because they didnt use original parts like they said they so now I have a black boarder around my screen instead of a full screen also my screen stops working randomly

I just got the senior plan and being a senior is hard when it comes to understanding and navigating things on my phone. Ezekiel and Caleb showed patience and effort when setting up my phone as well as showing me how i navigate things i need. These two young men deserve a raise !
