Anytime I have phone issues, I go into the Fairbury office and the store manager, Tasha, is always there with a hands-on explanation to help me understand and prevent problems. When my family needed to upgrade, she was quick, friendly, and took the time to explain our plans and phone warranties clearly. We really appreciate her knowledge and how sociable she is—it makes every visit a great experience!
