They have terrible customer service and never answer the phone
Worst c customer service ever
Have had selectel wireless for about 5 years. Love their phone service but if you have a problem you cannot call them. No one ever answers the phone, I think they don't have a direct line for employees to answer. I just bought a new phone for my boyfriend. Right now I'm sitting in front of the store, it's 10:30 and no one is here. This has happened to us before. Multiple times
