Came to get my phone fix but I drop it too many times but lucky petrisha who work there got me, a new phone in record time and while juggling two other customers.
I have absolutely LOVED the customer service provided by this location. I have hands down have had nothing but great customer service, they are very attentive whenever I call with any kind of question. I am so thankful for them. Thank you Kearney, Nebraska location.
Communication is very great! They explain the plan pretty good, and are very kind and pleasing to talk to! i would definitely recommend coming here if you need a repair!! Repair is amazing and i’m very glad i came here for a repair!!
Called last week and talked with Patricia who is a 10 star at customer service over the phone. Called yesterday and Megan answered and was also kind and helpful. Today at the store Josh greeted me with enthusiasm and Braxton fixed my phone in a timely manner plus put a screen protector and showed me how to use my other Samsung that is new and was frustrating me.
