The staff at Selected Smash Repairs are very professional and very friendly. They did an amazing job fixing my ute. I highly recommend them. Well done team.
Extremely unprofessional and rude. I went in to get a quote for repairs and when I arrived the man at the counter had no customer service skills. No smile, no interest in the customers or the job. Just went back to his office after and sat on his phone. Then I was with a man named Frank who was meant to organise a quote for me. He judged me for the insurance I was with and questioned me as to why I wasn’t going to go through them. He pointed out undamaged parts of my car that would need replacing.
