After starting the vehicle and discussing a possible trade-in, I mentioned I was hoping to get around $10,000 for my current car. Absolutely impressed with the service! I bought a Kia Sportage from the dealership and shortly after, a few issues came up. To their credit, they took full responsibility, got everything sorted and covered all the costs without hesitation. Initially, the experience was pleasant during the sale. However, once we informed him that we found a better option, his demeanor changed.
