I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to deal with Justin who delivered and set up the equipment needed for my wife’s upcoming knee replacement surgery. He was a pleasure to deal with, very patient in explaining proper use of equipment. He’s a great asset.
I was told I would pay a $10 copay for my crutches, then I get a bill for $41 copay. I called and asked why they told me $10 instead and then went to charge me $41 and they said that is just what it is. They cost $15 total on Amazon for same crutches and they said they cost $65 and my copay is $41, complete bait and switch and HUGE markup. Do Not Use, get your own equipment, these people are scammers
Do not buy from them. They mark up the products! You are better off buying from Amazon. I never used a product and they would not take it back. Also I paid for a new different product. They switched out the Polar Care Cube for a new one but left me with the old used worn piece for my knee which was not in good condition. I paid for a new one! Not a happy customer. Don't do it. Order from Amazon or compare prices.
Select Care, please hang onto this employee! Brittany delivered my husband's equipment, and she was 5 Stars from the get-go. She called ahead with her arrival time, and she was the most pleasant and friendly young woman. Not only did she thoroughly explain how to use each device, she demonstrated every single step.
