Don't buy from these people......Their blinds are inferior. I ordered 4, for a door & 2 windows. They don't close tight enough to provide privacy. Upon submitting a video showing the problem they stated that they weren't designed for privacy. Who buys blinds & doesn't expect privacy? If, when closed I can still see the landscape outside then people are going to be able to see in. I have many windows in my home with mini-blinds & this is the first time that I've this problem. I hope they go out of business soon.
I ordered 5 faux wood blinds; all 5 blinds were the wrong size. notified so called customer service and explained the problem. I was told on at least two occasions to take pictures which I did. They promised to get back to me which they just gave me the runaround, I will notify Paypal for a refund. Stay away!
