They called the day before my move to tell me that they were not going to be able to make it. AND... They acted as if they were doing me a favor by calling me the day before. I reserved their services a month in advance. However, when they called to cancel, they claimed that they did not have the manpower to move me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! TOTALLY UNPROFESIONAL AN UNAPOLOGETIC!
