We hired Vas and his team to complete a full renovation of our master bathroom and kitchen, including demolition down to the studs. Our home is a late-1980s Minto build, and the original bathroom featured a large Jacuzzi tub that took up half the space but was rarely used. Vas helped us completely rethink the bathroom layout. In 2025, Select Urban General Contractors (SUGC) completed a renovation of two floors of our home, down to the studs, and including removing supporting walls and replacing with steel beams. What sets SUGC apart is the professionalism of each employee, their quality craftmanship (will work until they get it right or find a solution), and their direct and constant communication. Vas, Sergey, Jenya and Sasha were great to work with and we will definitely consider using they again!
