I am blown away at the level of service provided to our buyer and seller on a recent transaction in January 2024! The home was For Sale By Owner (FSBO) and they had to locate their own title company in Richmond, TX. They started with a competitor, whose service was slow and they ran into several snags to get to completion of the transaction.
