A distressing and troubling experience . Funds were held in escrow for construction repairs on a home we sold, the escrow managed by Amanda Wilburn. I became concerned the contractor would be paid for work that had not been completed based on the experience I was having and photos that were provided of the project. Worst real estate transaction I have ever experienced. Reluctantly worked with the Coulburn team and Select Title Group. Christy absolutely did not act in the best interest of her clients. She was after an easy sale with little to no leg work. She is a terrible negotiator, doesn’t have much market or renovation knowledge apparently and ultimately cost us and left a lot of money on the table.
