I give them a 1 in review because everytime I call it's the same thing that been said whether it's a month or two I can't never get a chance to speak with Sherry, Terry always tell me she doing a closing everytime yes I understand it's a business but I also am doing business as well . I feel like my questions are not being answered why aren't the Family included, What is the hold up on signing affidavits , Why aren't y'all guys reaching out for updates , Why do Family have to call all the time ? Sherry was amazing and so patient with us and our bank trying to get the wire to come through. She knows her stuff and makes the process smooth with some humor too. Thank you for making our signing a pleasant experience.
Experience here was so bad that I switched title companies before closing. Highly recommend Guardian Title!
