Just very poor communication and the process isn’t easy either!!!
Assessment directions are badly worded in some places and misleading. Computer design also bad. Hit a button at the wrong time and loose valuable time as the time for the next assessment begins and you are still half way into the last one. I was never given the opportunity to enter the numbers of each slo t of sorted after I sorted the screws. Update, as of today still zero employment.. 5 weeks now this place claims they have been waiting on my background from Butler County, BEWARE don't hope for employment if you're in need & hope for quick employment. I have applied to religiously - multiple positions, even completed physical training on the cherry picker and reach truck. On the Company website I applied to what seems like available shift opportunities that say "URGENTLY HIRING!!!" ummmm yeah.
