I have been to multiple rehabilitation facilities in the area. Select, by far provided the best experience. My care here has been nothing short of excellent! The staff here from the nurses to the aids even the ladies cleaning the rooms were so kind and caring. You can tell the management is doing it the right way when the staff is as professional and personable as the Select staff. The kitchen made sure I had what I wanted when I wanted it. First, I never leave reviews. But, after months of reading reviews and lets be honest, no care facility has great reviews, this facility was by far the best choice after my mother had been to Drake and Scarlet oaks on top of being in and out of UC Hospital. I was told by many medical professional's and 2 pulmonologist that my mother would never be able to get off a ventilator and would need to live out her life in a nursing facility. My husband was recently a patient here. He received excellent care. The respiratory staff were top notch. All of the staff took the time to talk to him and encourage him. We are grateful for all they did for us.

My Niece is up there in the hospital, she can't do anything on her own, she has been there for 2 weeks we went up to see her they never bothered to give her a bath or to at least try to clean her she smell really bad, no one has came in to clean anything the same spilt they made is still their, the nurses aren't very great or manors, the care is awful.
