If I could leave a 0 I would! Worst hospital I’ve ever experienced. My grandmother was admitted there a week after suffering from multiple strokes. She thrived in an icu at a different hospital. This place was highly recommended by her doctor. Said she would have the best care. WRONG!!! She was in there for 3 weeks and she declined each day. No clear answers. Always an “I don’t know” as the answer. Didn’t listen to me about anything regarding my grandmother. Gave her meds when specifically told them she could not have them. ... read more

My husband was in Select west for about four weeks. The only ssue I really had, is I wished he had the same nurse for more than two days in a row. Was everything perfect , of course , not , it wouldn't have been perfect if I had him here at home. What few minor issues I had , I spoke to someone about it , and they took immediate care to resolve it. My family’s experience at Select Specialty Hospital – Nashville West was deeply concerning and traumatic. My father was transferred here while ventilator-dependent, and throughout his stay there were repeated issues that raised serious questions about the level of care being provided. Communication with staff was inconsistent and often inadequate.
