Don’t blow these bad reviews off. When these reviews say there is no quality care at this hospital they are correct. She constantly waited 45 minutes to over an hour for anyone to answer her light. Communication? Non-existent. It’s like pulling teeth to get any kind of updates on your loved ones. We never once received a call from the hospital with an update. We always had to call them, and when we did they had terrible attitudes as if they are doing you a favor by just talking to you. They would “accidentally” hang up the p... read more

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU ARE WANTING TO PLAN A FUNERAL THEN BY ALL MEANS SEND YOUR LOVED ON HERE. THEY WILL HELP YOU WITH THAT FASTER THAN ANY OTHER PLACE!!!!!!!! My grandmother was there for 3 weeks and not properly cared for. She had a wound on her foot that was healing up amazingly. She went select right after her doctors apartment and they did not clean her wound at all. She just had another appointment at KU for her wound and now she has to have her leg amputated!!!!!!! Nothing very outstanding hospital Doctors nurses the completely hole staff was amazing
Absolutely disgusting how they are treating their patients. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy in an establishment like this. Everyone deserves basic care and they can’t even provide that. How do you tell a family that their mother is circling the drain? Think long and hard before you trust your family to these monsters.
