From day, one coming into this facility was very uncomfortable for me. And luckily, one of the cna, Pam D williams made me feel at home as much as she could I did not want to be here she was very intentive to my needs and the only thing I could say is bless her because there’s not too many people that love their job and you can tell just by the things that she does, she takes it very serious and at the same time makes everyone feel very comfortable I highly highly highly recommend this facility and the employees. Do not send your loved one here. My dad was transferred to Select Specialty Hospital after spending over 80 days in the CV ICU. He left the ICU in nearly perfect condition, and the goal was for Select to serve as a short-term bridge before rehab. Unfortunately, this facility turned out to be a complete disaster. From the moment he arrived, it was obvious that no one had reviewed his discharge papers. Very disappointed in the care my husband has received. The lack of caring and concern for their patients is more then upsetting. Good luck getting someone to answer your calls or meeting with you. The only nurse doing her job is Ashley. I come and go everyday so I see a lot of what's going on. I'm so sorry I sent my husband here and hope to get him out ASAP.
