The majority of the staff was good but Onix (I hope that’s the correct spelling) truly stood out. He was incredibly kind, patient, and caring to our loved one. It made a stressful situation much easier.

We want to give a special thanks to Chris and Ashley who made one of the most difficult days/nights of our lives "easier". From little things like a hug to big things like turning Dad's room into the most comforting place, with beds for us to sleep in so we could be right by Dad's side. With nice cozy blankets and sheets. Sharing of prayers, jokes, stories and tears, made our day/night just a little brighter. And we can't forget Chito!!!! He loved my dad like he was his own! I have helped by a lot of CNA. One stands out Janel CNA has always been cheerful will you with a smile. Some CNA if you the call button they let you know that they are not here for the patient they don’t want to be there. Not Janel she there for the patient. Being in the hospital is not a happy place. It’s great to have a great CNA that always willing to help with a smile. Janel is one of the best thank you for hiring her.
