We had much success with Specialty Select Victorian Village. So many of the staff were amazing. We especially were pleased with Jennifer our PT and Sarah our OT. We learned so much from them. Many others to mention were RTs Mike and Missy as well as Nurses Alex, Grace, Hayat and techs Al and Fatimota. I’m sure there were many others.
My wife had been transferred here from another hospital and at first, her situation was very dire (multiple problems) but with the attentive care of the ICU nurses, techs and Dr's, and the rehab staff and nurses on the general unit, after just over two months, she's well on her way back home, something that was almost considered almost inconceivable when she first got here.. It's hard to point out one or two individuals when it was the entire staff that worked together on her recovery.
My stay was good. Everyone treated me with respect
I’ve been taken good care of. I really enjoy the food. Everyone has been very helpful and attentive to my needs. Call light response has been good and nurses have been very professional. Therapy has been nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
