I had an exceptional experience at Select Specialty Hospital Tri Cities .The level of care I received was truly outstanding. The staff were attentive, calm, compassionate, and went above and beyond to ensure my mom's comfort and well-being from the moment I arrived. I felt like I was in good hands. The doctors and nurses took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel valued as my mom's caregiver. I highly recommend this hospital for anyone seeking excellent patient care!
Pt manager pam should be fired bad bed side manner treats patients and their family like dirt thinks they know nothing and makes patients fill like they are being bum rushed out if they make a little complain long wait times for bed pan and they are not rotating patients every 2hr like they are supposed to patients must have pain meds 30mins prior to activity nurse arguing with therapist refused standing order for pain meds and night shift nurse tried to put lower back brace on an stated she didn't know how it works or goes ... read more
