Edited months later: Still five stars. I have moved out of the storage unit, and everything was able to be completed with a couple of emails, and dropping the key off in the drop box. I wish more businesses were this good. I just moved my items into storage 3 days ago, but so far, so good. Everything is exactly as promised, and the best part is that you can do it all online, so there's no need for face to face contact and a sales pitch which I've had to deal with in the past at other facilities.
