As with many reviews, the Armed Response Team is the very best part of the business. Select Security part is not so good. I will say I was contacted by a Select Security several times about alarm tampering. I asked if it could be a battery that is going bad...Crickets response. IN all fairness, the office staff that monitors the alarm events does not have information on everyone's systems, but I would have hoped someone could have called to see if they could save me some money.They sent a tech out who was very helpful and po... read more
The original Armed Response was fantastic, this is my second month trying to asked them to stop charging me for a service that we are not using. Called them several times, spoke but 0 progress. Stay away from them. Tomorrow I ‘ll try again because they just took another payment!
Loved the original Armed Response Team I signed up for. The transition to Select Security was a bit bumpy in the billing department, but the technical service I received when I had an issue a year ago, was good. Unfortunately, this company has been bought out yet again by Brinks Security, an ADT company. I'm already having issues with poor customer service. And they've outsourced the armed response job to Vet-Sec, which is one of the most poorly reviewed services in Albuquerque both from an employee and customer perspective.... read more
Great service, very responsive, always willing to come check out an alert, even if it was likely to be a false alarm. A bit pricey.
