Had one of their door to door sales people visit. The guy was incredibly rude and condescending. I had brinks before, they were terrible then and he confirmed they’re still terrible.
Very poor service. Dishonest sales representatives. If someone named Jeff knocks on your door, immediately close it.
My husband started Brinks Security, the service was ok until we had an issue with our internet and had to get a new box. They would not come out an reconnect our services without paying $75 but wanted us to continue to pay. I reconnected the box but you have to get on a ladder and go to each camera and reconnect it which is ridiculous. The customer service person, Deago was very, very, very rude. They keep charging me after I canceled service because I didn't sign a paper that they never mentioned. I spoke to a manager, and she said if I don't pay the balance, they will send it to collections. She said I need a lawyer if I want them to review the call from the day I canceled service because "she can see on the transcript that Carlos let me know I needed to sign a paper in order to cancel." FALSE! They are stealing from me and my family.
