They keep charging me after I canceled service because I didn't sign a paper that they never mentioned. I spoke to a manager, and she said if I don't pay the balance, they will send it to collections. She said I need a lawyer if I want them to review the call from the day I canceled service because "she can see on the transcript that Carlos let me know I needed to sign a paper in order to cancel." FALSE! They are stealing from me and my family.
I helped a friend in their decision to UPGRADE their BRINKS SECURITY SYSTEM. The call was made to them 2 weeks ago and we were scheduled for basically a NEW INSTALL today, Sept 17th. It was a RENEWAL. The Tech that was coming was to call btwn 8:00 a - 12:00 p. We did not receive a call from the Tech but we did receive a call from the CS Dept. They suck swindled me out of over $2,000.00 them after contract ended continued to draft my account!! Bad bad company and the customer service sucks as well. Talk about non caring can be best defined as Brinks.
Apparently Brinks don't care about their reviews. After having several issues I go to look at the reviews and see nothing but one stars. Today I had an appointment for Brink's to show up and do the job they were supposed to do the first day they installed my cameras. I've been sitting here from 12:00 to 5:00 waiting.
