Your salesperson has come by at 8p on Friday night and was told no and to not come back and now on a holiday and will not take no for answer. This is not okay.
A man from Brink's Home security came to my house asking my husband to buy something from him. After my husband politely saying we're not interested he continued to knock on our door and ring the doorbell. My son when out to let the dog in and he told my son he needs to get his dad to come outside. I would never use this service just based on the people you choose to have represent your brand.

I wish I could do zero star. I don’t have an account with them. Their seller was at my door and he was so rude. He was claiming that my doorbell camera isn’t working and when I said I don’t need to replace it he got mad and he said why did you install it in the first place. He repeated that 10 times
My experience with Brinks Home Security has involved repeated misrepresentation, poor customer service, and financial and credit-related harm. In 2023, a Brinks Home Security sales representative came to our home and offered us a home security system with low monthly payments and explicitly stated that there was no contract.
