Horrible customer service and they won't hold up their end of a contract. I was lied to three times and still told that I have a contract to fulfill. They didn't even provide a copy of the contract after I requested it twice. Don't do business with Brinks. I hope this helps someone avoid what I went through.
Had one of their door to door sales people visit. The guy was incredibly rude and condescending. I had brinks before, they were terrible then and he confirmed they’re still terrible.
Very poor service. Dishonest sales representatives. If someone named Jeff knocks on your door, immediately close it.
My husband started Brinks Security, the service was ok until we had an issue with our internet and had to get a new box. They would not come out an reconnect our services without paying $75 but wanted us to continue to pay. I reconnected the box but you have to get on a ladder and go to each camera and reconnect it which is ridiculous. The customer service person, Deago was very, very, very rude.
