Not satisfied at all. I had a 5 year contract which I should have never done. Then the company informed me that I had added 3 more years to the contract when I didn’t. I moved and have no use for the service. The new tenants did not want to take over so I’m stuck paying for someone else’s security. Brinks is telling me that there’s no way for them to deactivate the equipment. I have to continue to pay until my contract is over. Please think long and hard before dealing with Brinks
Do not use this company! They increase the rates without any notification. The people at customer service are clueless and always have different answers. The salesman they sent out was very dishonest and shady. We are paying for services we do not have. Customer service said he no longer works there, but they are unwilling to decrease our monthly costs . We do not have any camera service with brinks, but are charged as though we do. Horrible customer service along with terrible service. Overcharged me by 3x the bill amount and refuse to fix it. But as others mentioned locked in on the contract for equipment. Install was a nightmare as well. Just over all think I’d be better off having my home broken into. At least the insurance company has a decent customer serviced before they screw me
Absolute worst service we have ever had. They refuse to fix our front door lock which we don’t know why won’t lock and we’ve tried everything and they won’t even come out to look at their own product. The front camera also doesn’t work and we have reset it multiple times and it still won’t work and they still won’t come out to fix it. Their answer was go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and buy all new stuff and install and fix it yourself. So what the hell are we paying them so much for. They are a garbage company.
