My husband started Brinks Security, the service was ok until we had an issue with our internet and had to get a new box. They would not come out an reconnect our services without paying $75 but wanted us to continue to pay. I reconnected the box but you have to get on a ladder and go to each camera and reconnect it which is ridiculous. The customer service person, Deago was very, very, very rude. They keep charging me after I canceled service because I didn't sign a paper that they never mentioned. I spoke to a manager, and she said if I don't pay the balance, they will send it to collections. She said I need a lawyer if I want them to review the call from the day I canceled service because "she can see on the transcript that Carlos let me know I needed to sign a paper in order to cancel." FALSE! They are stealing from me and my family.

I helped a friend in their decision to UPGRADE their BRINKS SECURITY SYSTEM. The call was made to them 2 weeks ago and we were scheduled for basically a NEW INSTALL today, Sept 17th. It was a RENEWAL. The Tech that was coming was to call btwn 8:00 a - 12:00 p. We did not receive a call from the Tech but we did receive a call from the CS Dept. The call was to "reschedule" the installation. This call came at almost 2:00p in the afternoon, past the time the Tech was to call. So Now, the new time for the RENEWAL INSTALLATION is ... read more

They suck swindled me out of over $2,000.00 them after contract ended continued to draft my account!! Bad bad company and the customer service sucks as well. Talk about non caring can be best defined as Brinks.
