Excellent service! I was a customer for over 10 years and would absolutely recommend Select Security! I felt both safe and secure with their monitoring and responsiveness. For anyone looking for a security company, they are outstanding!
Service is not what is should be for the amount of money they charge each month. You are locked into a 5 year contract then it rolls over into another 5 years without any notification to the customer. So if you do want to opt out you are obligated to pay for the remainder of the contract. I find this very sneaky and deceptive. In agreement with the previous post I also felt that I was not being monitored due to the few times my system reported trouble and no one ever called to see if there was an issue. This is the worst of worst...... No particular location-General overall company-service Okay , here it is . I decided to do a self security check of my system, (thank God for self conscience). System did not notify the monitoring station an alarm when off, okay so I called them and inquired if the received notification of an alarm going off. Well guess what? Addendum to prior review: After being told my alarm system was active and working, my fob also did not respond to my pushing the fob for help.WOW!!!!!!!!
This company is harassing. BEWARE DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
