Worst service I've ever had. Extremely unreliable, got them when we moved to our new address 5 months ago. Immediately starting the 2nd week of pick up, they did not pick up, had to call them weekly. Changed pick up day twice on me without notifying me. Then the driver put a note on my account claiming my can was not at the road which it clearly was day before scheduled pick up. Never had our trash serviced even once since we started it. It’s been multiple weeks and multiple communications with them and it has never been handled. We spoke with Richard and Aaliyah over email, they both gave different times that our trash would be picked up. It didn’t happen both times. Finally had enough and called in to the office manager, Crystal, and she apologized and said she’d talk to the driver about pickup the next morning 6am. Sure enough, didn’t happen. Second Update: Unfortunately service was good for one week, and then they never returned without prompting every week. If you notice the third review down, it's from the owner himself - Richard Golinello. I believe it's a bit odd to review your own company without disclosing in the review. • I had to call twice to cancel service • They put me in collections when the owner said he would credit me for 3 months. Signed up with them because they are family owned about 2 years. I usually request any extra pick up or questions I have by email. I’m not a big phone person, They will respond in a timely matter. I’m happy with Service and the fact that when I reach out, they will respond.
