This company was fantastic when I started using them in 2018. But since then, the service has gone downhill while the price keeps going up. I write this as a fellow small business owner. I may not know the challenges of running a waste collection company, but I do know what it means to provide reliable service—and this isn’t it. They missed picking up my trash after signing up. I called for almost two weeks and finally the operations manager made someone come get my trash when it was not their route. Then they missed me the next week. I called every day and they promised it would be picked up each day. It was not. So, it stayed on tge curb for another week. They missed me the fourth week in a row. When I called I was told that I would just have to wait until my next scheduled pickup. We have used Select Sanitation since we moved here 5 years ago. We have always been impressed with them and their services. They always do a great job picking up the trash and recycling on time. Just want them to know how much this has been a Blessing. Thank you for your Service.

This year there has been 2 missed collection and no explanation. Also no recycling schedule sent to email or mail
