Great Service, rented a dumpster, came and picked it up.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service, it’s been 2 weeks and never received my trash cans. Had them tell me you’ll get it delivered “today or tomorrow” it never came in. Asked for a refund back and the lady on the phone said it would take 6-7 weeks to receive a check of $25 instead of just refunding the card where I had originally made the payment. I was trying to save a bit of money by coming to this company but I rather have reliability than to save a few dollars. Look for other places!
We've been with this company for 13 years and for the first 12, they were fantastic. Clearly, something has changed. Over the past year, my entire neighborhood has had several non pick-ups, including three consecutive months here in 2026. For context, our neighborhood is off of the same road as their office, just a few minutes away. Their trucks literally pass our neighborhood every day. An occasional mistake is understandable. I'm writing this to get the Owner's attention. We have always had great experience with Select Sanitation, but we have moved and sold our house. We have tried for 2 months to get our containers picked up. Told there is a work order in. But nobody has retrieved them. We have made 5 follow up phone calls and spoke with someone each time. They tell us the same thing "Work Order is in". This shouldn't take 2 months! The new owners are ready to discard your containers.
