Second Update: Unfortunately service was good for one week, and then they never returned without prompting every week. Signed up with them because they are family owned about 2 years. I usually request any extra pick up or questions I have by email. I’m not a big phone person, They will respond in a timely matter. I’m happy with Service and the fact that when I reach out, they will respond.
I signed up for trash pickup service a couple of months ago, and not once has my trash been picked up on the scheduled day without me having to call or email. Every single week I’ve had to contact the company to get someone to come out and collect it. When I originally tried to cancel, the owner reached out and offered a free month of service, explaining that he had identified the issue and assuring me it would not happen again.
