Mr. Teddy was very upfront & professional with helping me find the right car. He was fast & very efficient, he never once pressured me & my husband. I got a 2015 Kia sorento about 5 months ago from this shop. When I test drove it I noticed an issue with the breaks. They replaced them which we really appreciated and I (my mistake) trusted them enough to not get an inspection as they said it had been inspected by their mechanics. I should’ve followed through and gotten one on my own time. After buying the vehicle, we spent THOUSANDS fixing issues… including fixing the breaks we were told were fixed… we have spent over 4 thousand in car repairs.
