On hold 43mins really??????? Then another 62 mins...WHAT IS WRONG WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE and then I tried calling again I was on hold for another hour another whole hour what are these receptionists do I don't have time to be on the phone for three freaking hours I have medicine that I need to take
Select Rx calls for transfers on medications from our pharmacy, but in my experience the patients do not have any idea that the pharmacy is calling to get their medication transferred. This happens repeatedly and can not be viewed as anything but deceptive.
Not helpful ,wasted my time every time I called to get information.
