I was not impressed at all with them. I am grateful we didn’t end up moving forward with them! Melody had us all apply and despite her telling us they would go with another tenant she couldn’t guarantee a refund to our application. When we went to see the property it didn’t seem like they didn’t know or could answer my questions. This just didn’t give me a good feeling.
The worst transaction I ever found. I was with them for two years. I paid the rent of the house at the right time without delay, but when they told me that I had to leave for a period not exceeding two months. I found a house before the specified period. I went to them to hand over the key and to tell me that I was forced to pay 17 days' rent and I was not at home. Sharlotte and Sergio are professional, experienced, reliable, efficient, thoughtful and excellent communicators I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great property management team. Love the monthly financial reports and speedy replies to questions. Absolutely excellent!!
