Please just take this as negative 5 stars. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! If you need any sort of extension on your final balloon payment, don't even bother. They will have you sending in paperwork for two straight months, then simply keep adding more and more paperwork to the list even when you are told you only need one last thing. They do it simply just to drag things out and probably foreclose on you. They wouldn't take the massive shutdowns from covid under consideration when most people were out of work all of 2020. Very possibly the worst company in the world. Would give negative stars if it was a option. Customer service rating is -100 even after submitting death certificates they still wouldn't talk to me and insisted on only talking to the dead if your loan gets sold to them I would recommend trying everything and anything to get it away from them and if starting from scratch definitely avoid at all costs
