Please just take this as negative 5 stars. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! If you need any sort of extension on your final balloon payment, don't even bother. They will have you sending in paperwork for two straight months, then simply keep adding more and more paperwork to the list even when you are told you only need one last thing. They do it simply just to drag things out and probably foreclose on you. They wouldn't take the massive shutdowns from covid under consideration when most people were out of work all of 2020.
