Very possibly the worst company in the world. Would give negative stars if it was a option. Customer service rating is -100 even after submitting death certificates they still wouldn't talk to me and insisted on only talking to the dead if your loan gets sold to them I would recommend trying everything and anything to get it away from them and if starting from scratch definitely avoid at all costs
worst mortgage company in history dont never work for this company horrible trainers KIMBERLY CHATMAN and TJ JEFFERSON to be exact fake wanna be supervisors they dont care about their employees let alone the customers i feel bad for anybody who mortgage is serviced through them horrible managers also all they do is sit and side chat each other to discuss employees very distasteful -0/10 i would NEVER RECOMMNED! i worked here before so please take my advice future or existing customers :)
Awful loan servicer. They answer my calls but tell me there is nothing they can do. They did not pay the taxes for the property and I found out when a policemen came to the door to deliver the delinquent bill. I immediately called SPS and they put in an issue request and say they will get back to me in 10 business days... worst part about it is I have called them every 4 days to escalate the issue so my property does not get listed for tax sale.
