Had a blocked drain with sewage spilling into the backyard - on a Sunday!! Luke was amazing and very helpful. Luckily he was able to be there within the hour and found the problem quickly (rootbound pipe). Got us out of a pinch, and thoroughly documented the issue and further works needed for the landlord (and us!). Would absolutely recommend.
