I previously left a 5-star review because this place genuinely deserved it at the time. We’ve known the owner and been loyal customers for many years, purchasing from here countless times. Unfortunately, that loyalty meant nothing when they recently got my order wrong. I called simply to let them know about the mistake, but instead of acknowledging it or trying to make it right, they refused to take any responsibility and were very rude. Very disappointing experience at Select Pizza Newton. My kids went there to buy pizza, but the store was having payment system issues and could not process the payment. We immediately offered multiple solutions, including coming right away to pay cash, but they refused to help. Despite knowing the problem was on their end, they would not serve hungry children over a $30 order. We made every effort to resolve the situation, yet they showed no compassion or customer care.
