I have used Select Physical Therapy after three knee replacements in five years plus some lower back sciatica problems about six or seven years ago. I feel more comfortable at SPT since they bought out the previous owners. I am also completely confident with the information and treatments I have received.
The entire team is professional, courteous, and welcoming. They are personable and take the time to get to know each individual. Ms. Lori at the front desk knows the guests well, especially those who visit frequently, and creates a warm, familiar environment.
Tanya was very good. Knowledgeable, nice.. Office staff could handle things better rather than waving arms to get the other person's help. Could be more professional, as well as gentler and kinder on the phone.
Terrible experience here. They just gave exercises you can Google and charged me a lot of money. I was not told how much it would cost out-of-pocket. I paid too much at visit then had to pay more later. Totally not worth it.
