Physical therapist Manager at Turnpike Drive site, Ms. Victoria Wimer, politely and professionally pushed past my suspicion that "hot-cupping" sounded like a Medieval torture technique and patiently explained how it separates the layers of muscles to allow better blood flow for tight groups. Trevor is the best physical therapist I've ever engaged with. He was professional, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. I was made to feel as though my injury and rehabilitation were their top priority. Thank you!
The therapist and the front desk people are very polite. James has been treating me and has helped me with getting better and made a care plan for me to do at home. He is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients.
