Staff displayed caring respectful attitude. Some delays in registration as well as in initiation of needs assessment. The assessment was however thorough and respectful. Care plan was created based on needs assessment. Overall satisfaction with process.
I tore my rotator cuff, so far I have completed three sessions and the staff have been professional and my appointments have been on time. I will update my progress in the future.

Front desk staff and is very pleasant and professional. The therapists are very knowledgeable and patient. The manager stays in full engagement and awareness all the time.
